Paralegal
Charles is a University of Sydney graduate holding a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws (2025), and has completed Practical Legal Training at the College of Law (2026). He is currently working towards admission as a lawyer in New South Wales, anticipated in April 2026.
Charles has developed experience across law firms and legal environments in Hong Kong, the PRC, England and Australia. His work includes client engagement, legal research, drafting, and matter coordination across a range of practice areas. He has also gained exposure to government legal processes through his work with the Department of Communities and Justice (DCJ), contributing to a practical understanding of administrative and court-related processes.
Charles provides end-to-end support across matters, from initial client intake through to document preparation and ongoing case management. He places a strong emphasis on client service and cultural competence, with demonstrated experience working with clients from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. He is committed to delivering clear, responsive and commercially aware support to assist clients in achieving their immigration outcomes.
At Brightstone Migration, Charles supports all aspects of practice, contributing to the efficient delivery of legal services through research, drafting and coordination.

Free Assessment
Please call us or fill in the questionnaire here for a free initial assessment. After a simple communication, we will understand your concerns and visa requirements in detail, and then provide a timely and comprehensive professional consultation with tailor-made plans.
Consultation
Our consultations are typically 45-60 minutes long, which allows us to provide you with a detailed strategy to address the needs and concerns you raised with us during the initial call.
Our fee is $400 + GST for the full session. You can book in a consultation by calling us, emailing us or filling in the Contact Us form.
Developing and Managing a Strategy
During our consultation session, we will go through in more detail your background and circumstances to ensure that we can provide a tailored solution to your problems and making sure that you meet all the legal requirements. If we notice any potential issues, we will also immediately formulate a solution.
We’ll also balance time required, cost and difficulty and allow you choose the most appropriate strategy. We will then attend to all visa application matters on your behalf.
