We require 100% of the quoted professional fee to be paid upfront before we commence work on your matter. These funds will be held in our trust account. As we progress through your matter, we will issue invoices upon the completion of each stage of work. The invoiced amounts will be drawn from the funds you have deposited in our trust account.
Our professional fees do not include any third-party costs that may arise during the course of your matter. These may include, but are not limited to, visa application charges, court filing fees, barrister fees, Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) application fees, and similar disbursements. We will notify you in advance of any such expected costs and request payment as required.
