The Victorian Government will be closing their business visas (subclass 188) nominations for new applications after 31 May 2021. If you intend to apply for a business visas (subclass 188) to Victoria, please make sure to put in an application before Monday, 31 May 2021.
It is intended that any application lodged before 31 May 2021 will be decided before any changes of law to occur on 01 July 2021.
It is most likely that Victoria will keep its business visa nomination program closed until the new changes of law takes effect after 01 July 2021.
