To briefly summarise our experience: We received high-quality and expert guidance throughout the process; whatever we paid was all worth it; and we got a successful outcome (we are still over the moon!). Adele was clear from our first conversation how we could optimally position my application (as primary applicant) to maximise the chances of success. She expertly advised me on how to put together my Expression of Interest (EOI) documents, particularly which ones were crucial to support the case, and answered all my questions about the process to my satisfaction. Our EOI was lodged on November 23rd (Wednesday) and approved on November 28th (Monday) -- it happened very quickly and we were obviously so pleased about the outcome.
