One of the solutions is to offer a sponsorship visa to valuable restaurant staff.\u00a0<\/p><h1><span style=\"font-size: 28px;\">Summary of sponsorship visas available\u00a0<\/span><\/h1><ul><li>Training visa (subclass 407)<\/li><li>Temporary Skills Shortage visa (subclass 482)\u00a0<\/li><li>Employer Nomination Scheme visa (subclass 186)<\/li><li>Skilled Employer Sponsored Regional (Provisional) visa (subclass 494)\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p>Not all occupations\/positions can be sponsored.
