In a remarkable turn of events, the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) has overturned the refusal of a Student (Temporary) (Class TU, Subclass 500) (Student) visa application, originally rejected by a delegate of the Minister for Immigration and Multicultural Affairs.<\/p>
